Lauren Schultz is a litigator in the firm’s Houston office. Her practice focuses on cases involving energy, commercial contracts, personal injury, and product liability. Lauren believes that bringing value to the client should serve as the driving force behind every litigator. She represents her clients with efficiency and professionalism through all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining McDowell Hetherington, Lauren was a litigator in mass tort actions involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and personal protective equipment. In that role, she worked on cases in Multidistrict Litigations in West Virginia, Georgia, and Florida.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 2012. During law school, Lauren was admitted to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy, and she interned for Judge Walter Smith, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas—Waco Division.
