Colleen Flaherty maintains a diverse practice of commercial, insurance, and business litigation matters.

She has significant experience litigating cases involving unfair business practices claims, fraud, bad faith, and contractual disputes. In addition to her litigation practice, Colleen advises corporate clients on complex insurance coverage issues, California federal and state civil procedure, and pre-litigation strategies.

Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2015 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Colleen then earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. During law school, Colleen interned in the legal department of a Boston hospital as well as in the compliance office of an international financial services company.

In her spare time, Colleen enjoys cheering on San Francisco sports teams and exploring hiking trails around the Bay Area.
