Hanqiu “Ian” Liu is a fearless advocate, creative litigator, and dedicated trial attorney. His practice focuses on Complex Commercial Litigation.

Ian has extensive courtroom experience where he spent countless hours representing clients in all stages of litigation, including but not limited to drafting and arguing motions, negotiations, and ultimately jury trials. Ian enjoys exploring creative arguments and excels in deploying unconventional ways to resolve challenging issues.

Ian received his Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, San Diego, and his J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law where he was named a June Sun Scholar. While in law school, Ian worked for Associate Justice Michael Wilson at the Supreme Court of Hawai’i, where he conducted complex legal research, drafted memoranda and recommendations for applications for writ of certiorari and assisted in drafting judicial opinions for the Supreme Court of Hawai’i. Ian was on Dean’s List for numerous semesters and was also a member of the environmental moot court team.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys the outdoors, also a quiet read on some recent technology updates. Ian is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
