Netra Sreeprakash is a talented business and commercial litigator with more than 15 years of experience in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations throughout the country.

Her experience includes class action defense, contract and fraud disputes, securities and corporate governance matters, labor and employment proceedings, bankruptcy, antitrust and intellectual property cases, and internal and regulatory investigations. She has represented clients in the hedge fund, financial services, energy, mining, retail, healthcare, technology, insurance, and manufacturing industries.

Netra was named a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers from 2014 through 2017, when she began clerking for a federal district court judge—an experience that not only further sharpened her litigation skills but also provided invaluable insight with respect to effective and efficient resolution of disputes.

Netra speaks Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and some French. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, theater, family bike rides, and impromptu living-room dance parties with her kids. She is active in her Sugar Land community and serves on the Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District 17 Board of Directors.
