Ryan Susman is an experienced litigator focused on resolving complex healthcare and insurance disputes.

Ryan is a zealous advocate for his clients. From the trial court to the appellate level, he has successfully handled all aspects of litigation. He has successfully certified class actions related to Florida’s no-fault PIP statute involving issues between federally funded healthcare laws and state motor vehicle laws.

Prior to joining the McDowell Hetherington, Ryan worked at a plaintiff’s firm in Coral Gables, where he represented health insurers in disputes between other insurers.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys playing and watching sports, and spending time with his family.
