Josh is a trial lawyer in MH’s Houston office, representing clients in commercial litigation, business disputes, and product liability matters. Josh brings first-chair trial and appeal experience to every team he’s on, constantly analyzing and strategizing the ever-changing litigation landscape to seek creative solutions and exceptional results. Josh is a firm believer that trial preparation begins on “day zero,” and that value exists beneath every stone, no matter its size.

Josh honed his wide range of versatile litigation skills at two Am Law firms before joining MH’s team, leading and winning for clients across dozens of practice areas in federal and state courts throughout the United States. In law school, Josh earned recognition by his peers as Moot Court Member of the Year, was a two-year member of Law Review, and was inducted into the Dean’s Honor Society. As a native Michigander, a 2009 Graduate of University of Michigan, and hockey player, Josh is warming up to the idea of Texas “winters.”

When Josh isn’t attempting to decipher his daughter’s gibberish, feeding his son (again), or playing “find it” with his German Shepherd, Josh enjoys sushi dinners with his wife. A loyal Wolverine, Josh begins every college football season with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind, and ends every college football season with a whimper.
