MH Prevails in Delaware Supreme Court

Case StudiesMcDowell Hetherington argued twice to the Delaware Supreme Court to defend a summary judgment ruling in its favor on the interpretation of certain maturity provisions in a life insurance contract.
After MH successfully defended the case the first time, the plaintiff brought similar claims based in equity in Delaware Chancery Court, which again ended up in front of the Supreme Court.
