Diversity & Inclusion Committee

To make sure we live up to these values, our firm’s Diversity & Inclusion committee – comprised of members of the firm’s partnership – oversees all diversity initiatives. More than half of MH’s diversity committee is comprised of women. By identifying diversity related issues, implementing firm-wide practices, and making diverse hiring and promotion decisions, the firm aims to foster an inclusive environment free from bias.
