Brianna L. Zook is a trial attorney in the firm’s Houston office, with a focus on complex commercial and insurance litigation.

Prior to joining McDowell Hetherington, Brianna worked as a trial attorney in the Houston office of a top-tier international law firm.  She focused her practice on general commercial litigation, including representation of clients in contract, tort, patent, product liability, and trade secret disputes.  She has represented clients in matters spanning a wide range of market sectors and complex technologies/issues including technology, medical device, construction, and energy.  Brianna brings to McDowell Hetherington a depth of experience handling cases before state and federal courts as well as arbitration tribunals.

Outside of the office, Brianna enjoys exploring the Houston food scene, gardening, and visiting national parks.
