Colton C. Marino is an Associate in the firm’s Houston office. Colton’s practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, including real estate and construction disputes, products liability, and general civil litigation matters. He has represented clients in the agricultural, manufacturing, construction, medical, and real estate industries across the country.

Prior to joining McDowell Hetherington, Colton worked as an associate at one of the country’s largest firms where he was intimately involved in numerous high-profile matters for high-profile clients.

Colton received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018 from Cal Poly where he graduated magna cum laude. He then received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2021 where he graduated cum laude. During his time at Notre Dame, he externed with an American multinational manufacturer in Michigan and received recognition for his performance in Notre Dame’s International Arbitration Advocacy Skills course.

Outside of the office, Colton enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, golfing and generally spending time outdoors. Otherwise, he can be found supporting Notre Dame football, Go Irish!
