Daniella McDonagh is an associate in the firm’s Northern California office. Daniella received her B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of San Diego and graduated cum laude. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Baylor University Law School where she graduated cum laude and was designated as a Leadership Fellow – a designation for only a few students who completed a program focused on developing leaders who will make a positive impact on their community.
In law school, Daniella was a member of the Baylor Public Interest Legal Society and Baylor Barrister Society. She participated in moot court competitions as a brief writer and was awarded the Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP Best Brief Award. Additionally, Daniella has internship experience with the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office, Texas Tenth Court of Appeals, and City Attorney’s Office of San Francisco. Also while in law school, Daniella worked as a research assistant for several professors and an associate dean. In this position, she published several articles, including an article that was a “Top 10 Most Downloaded Legal Paper” and a forthcoming law review article.
Outside of the office, Daniella enjoys reading, baking, supporting San Francisco sports teams, and spending time with her family, dog, and cat.
