Kim is a litigator in the Houston office. Her practice includes a wide array of cases throughout the country involving energy, employment, contract disputes, and commercial disputes. Kim has counseled clients throughout the various stages of litigation and has successfully argued dispositive motions and negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of her clients.

Kim graduated from Texas A&M University and cum laude from South Texas College of Law. During law school, she gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable David Hittner and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Beau Miller. Kim competed nationally for South Texas’ nationally ranked Advocacy Program and Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, where she earned recognition for best appellate brief and top advocacy skills.
