Netra Sreeprakash has experience handling a wide range of complex, commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including contract and fraud disputes, securities and corporate governance matters, labor and employment proceedings, bankruptcy, antitrust and intellectual property cases, and internal and regulatory investigations. She has represented clients in the hedge fund, financial services, mining, retail, healthcare, technology, insurance, and manufacturing industries.
Netra was named a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers from 2014 through 2017, when she began clerking for a federal district court judge—an experience that not only further sharpened her skills but also provided invaluable insight with respect to effective and efficient resolution of disputes.
Outside the office, Netra enjoys reading, yoga, attending concerts, family bike rides, and karaoke with her husband and young children.
