Siobhan Ray is a litigator in the firm’s Houston office. Her practice includes a wide array of cases throughout the country involving construction, energy, commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, and product liability matters. Siobhan has counseled clients at every stage of litigation, including through trial and appeal. Additionally, she has successfully argued dispositive motions, obtained temporary and permanent injunctions, and negotiated favorable settlements both prior to and during litigation. She been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch since its inception in 2020.

Siobhan graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor Law School. Before joining McDowell Hetherington, she gained significant trial experience and an in-depth understanding of complex commercial matters at two AmLaw 100 firms. Siobhan has been a contributing author to the Expert Witness Answer Book since 2015.

Outside the office, Siobhan dabbles in photography, is an avid hiker, and enjoys exploring Houston’s diverse restaurant scene.
