Stefanos Touzos is an attorney in the firm’s Houston office, where he focuses on commercial litigation. Stefanos has represented clients in state and federal courts in general commercial, antitrust, white collar, securities, and other litigation, as well as internal investigations and government inquiries.
Prior to joining the firm, Stefanos practiced as a litigator at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP in New York, where he represented clients and government entities in both civil and criminal matters across various industries, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and its agents in its Title III bankruptcy and related civil proceedings.
During law school, Stefanos served as Senior Executive Editor on the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty. Originally from Boston, Stefanos is happy to be away from snow while he litigates. He also enjoys tennis, golf, and watching British TV shows with his wife, Elizabeth, and their cat, Basil.
